Day 1!

Okay so today was the first day of my fitness workout! 

Wake up

Breakfast- Watermelon and a thin cut blueberry bagel - 150 cal

Workout- Hour of different Tone it Up videos! I love them so be sure to check them out on youtube

After my workout and of course shower I went to whole foods to pick up some yummy treats! Pictures will be up later!

Lunch- 8 Banana chips and carrot sticks - 70 Cals

Workout- Jog for 20 minutes 

Diner- Grilled chicken and salad with homemade french fries - 300 Cals
